2022 – 2023 External Project Evaluator for UCI School of Pharmacy & Pharmaceutical Sciences (SPPS)
Luciana collaborated closely with SPPS’ Project Manager and the Dean of SPSP to devise and implement a highly effective evaluation strategy for the strategic plan, specifically tailored for the anticipated 2024 accreditation visits. She provided expert guidance to SPPS leadership in assessing progress towards the 2019-2024 Strategic Plan through the development and execution of robust project evaluation methodologies. Luciana conducted comprehensive data collection and analysis, utilizing a variety of sources including internal documents, external reviews, focus groups, and interviews, to pinpoint areas of improvement and establish organizational priorities. Finally, she successfully initiated the implementation of the evaluation plan in Fall 2023, ensuring its seamless integration into ongoing processes for continuous improvement.

022 – Claremont Accenture Talent Innovation Lab Associate
As an Associate at the Claremont Accenture Talent Innovation (CATI) Lab, Luciana participated in the validation of core Behaviorally Anchored Rating Scales (BARS) by conducting in-depth interviews with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) from Accenture Americas, Europe, and India.

2022 – Microsoft (CO+I) “Be Well” Employee Well-being Program Development
As part of the team entrusted with developing the CO+I’s “Be Well” employee wellbeing initiative, Luciana strategically defined objectives and the overall mission for the CO+I Wellbeing Champions, acting as change agent. She planned and conducted focus groups with CO+I leaders and employees across EMEA, APAC, and the Americas. Luciana enhanced employee engagement through high-level content and strategic activities tailored to the insights gleaned from the data collected. Contributed to the improvement of the CO+I Wellbeing program by providing valuable advice to the Learning & Development manager on strategic initiatives.

2021 – ViaSat Inc. Civil Drone Applications & Connectivity Opportunities
During her tenure as a Market Intelligence Consultant at ViaSat Inc., as part of her Master’s Capstone Project at California State University, San Marcos, Luciana identified new business opportunities through an extensive global analysis of the satellite-to-drone market. She conducted interviews with 14 industry experts to uncover potential challenges in integrating small drones into satellite communication networks. Moreover, she played a key role in developing effective go-to-market strategies for the Market Intelligence Team and ensuring the project’s success by providing strategic advice to ViaSat Inc.’s VP on Global Communications Solutions.2021 – Broadcast

Microwave Services, Inc. European Aerospace & Defense Opportunities (Military Drones and UAVs) for Broadcast Microwave Services, Inc.
As a Business Development and Market Intelligence Intern, she actively contributed to identifying business opportunities and prospective strategic partners in the US and European Aerospace & Defense markets, focusing on ultralong range data link solutions and mission-critical real-time video and data applications. Successfully generating leads in sales within the European Aerospace & Defense sector, she provided crucial insights to executives by staying abreast of EU and country-level defense procurement regulations, budget cycles, and approval processes. Leveraging her analytical skills, she designed Tableau dashboards to visually depict BMS’s historical financial performance patterns and key customer relationships based on a decade of sales data. Furthermore, Luciana played a key role in advising BMS Inc.’s CEO and VPs of Business Development, Sales & Marketing on strategic business initiatives, contributing to the overall growth and success of the organization.
